System Specification v2.4

Autonomous Capital Governance Architecture

DADO replaces subjective post-disbursement forensic accounting with an automated, pre-wire execution kernel. Operating systems enforce mathematical invariance, statutory prompt-payment preservation, and bifurcated treasury settlement before capital leaves the bank.

Kernel Layer 01

Deterministic AST Evaluation Engine

Legal accords (AIA Document A201, customized owner-contractor riders, and trade subcontracts) are compiled into structured Abstract Syntax Trees. Billed line items are deterministically audited against mathematical balance invariants ($D + E + F = G$), stored-materials riders, and stepped retainage thresholds down to the penny.

Regulatory Defense 02

Statutory Prompt-Payment Defense Clock

Commercial prompt-payment acts (such as NY GBL § 756-a and IL 815 ILCS 603/) enforce strict objection windows (12 business days in NY, 15 days in IL). Missing this window exposes the owner to mandatory statutory interest (1% monthly under NY GBL § 756-b) and significantly weakens defense positions. DADO autonomously drafts court-admissible objection dossiers to halt the clock before safe-harbor forfeiture occurs.

Evidentiary Layer 03

FRE 902(14) Self-Authenticating Audit Logs

Every document extraction, OCR bounding box coordinate, mathematical step, and covenant citation is cryptographically fingerprinted using SHA-256 hashes. Audit logs conform directly to Federal Rules of Evidence 902(14) for self-authenticating digital records, ensuring total defensibility in arbitration or litigation.

Treasury Clearing 04

Bifurcated ISO 20022 Pre-Wire Instructions

When an invariant breach or missing lien waiver is detected, DADO does not stall the entire draw. It programmatically bifurcates disbursement via machine-readable ISO 20022 pacs.008 payment instructions: unencumbered conforming capital releases to the contractor, while disputed amounts are cordoned off into statutory escrow.
